Terms & Conditions for Casino Surveys
In order to be eligible for this promotion, you must follow the process on Nethical and Play4Chips. You must enter all required information in Step 1 of the registration process. All information must be valid and honest. If it is determined invalid by our third-party verification, you will not be eligible for this process.
Only one sign-up is allowed per person, per survey, per email address. Any attempts by an individual to sign up multiple times will result in loss of any and all Amazon Gift Certificates. You may sign up for multiple surveys with a single email address, but you may not complete a specific survey more than once.

You must follow the requirements listed for testing the casino to receive your gift certificate, and you must complete the follow-up survey, which you will receive by email, completely and according to the instructions. Comments from your survey may be published on Nethical or Play4Chips attributed to your first name only. If would like your name and email to be displayed, please email info@nethical.com.
You will only receive your survey after we receive confirmation from the respective casino that you have successfully signed up and deposited and wagered the required amount. We cannot award gift certificates or send surveys without hearing from the casino. We are not responsible for issues you might have with the casino, be it recognition for money deposited and wagered or any other issues. Please contact the respective casino directly if you have any issues.

How to Make Sure You Get Your Gift Certificate
Like many businesses, Nethical and Play4Chips are constantly threatened by downloadable programs known as spyware, adware or malware. Spyware may co-opt your cookies for the benefit of its owners, and as such we will not receive confirmation from the casino about your sign-up. Cookie mix-ups may also occur if you visit the respective casino prior to signing up with us. To prevent spyware and cookie problems, please follow these steps.
- Clear your cookies. You can do this as follows in most browser
- Internet Explorer: Go to Tools > Internet Options and click the button that says “Delete Cookies…”
- Firefox: Go to Tools > Options. Select “Privacy” on the left side navigation and click the button “Clear” to the right of where it reads “Cookies”
- Enable your cookies.
- Internet Explorer: Go to Tools > Internet Options. Select the “Privacy” tab on top. Make sure privacy is set Medium or Lower. Alaternatively, click the button that says “Advanced” and select the following options:
- Firefox: Go to Tools > Options. Select “Privacy” on the left side. Click on the + sign to the left of where it reads “Cookies.” Make sure there is a check in the box next to where it says “Allow sites to set cookies.” If it is not checked, click the box to check it.
- Check for Spyware. Download and run one of the following programs.
To make sure that your download and sign-up at the respective casino worked, double check that you have a cookie set from LinkConnector for Casino Tropez, Pacific Poker, Noble Poker and Vegas Red; Commission Junction, Casino Blasters or 888.com for other casino properties to be later named. You may find the cookie as such:
